I’m an entrepreneur and fractional COO, mentoring founders who are scaling, expanding, or navigating periods of change. I work with startups, scale-ups, and established SMEs across technology, manufacturing, FMCG, and sustainability-driven businesses.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, I held senior leadership and transformation roles at Johnson & Johnson, Danone, and Nokia. Working across countries and cultures, I was responsible for operations, strategy execution, and performance management. This experience shapes how I mentor today: practical, grounded, and focused on sound decision-making in real business contexts.
I’ve seen first-hand what happens when a company grows faster than its structure, governance, or leadership capacity. Pressure builds quickly, and it often sits squarely with the founder. In mentoring, my role is to help you step back, create clarity, and think through what needs to change — in the organisation and in your own way of leading.
The outcome isn’t my solution; it’s your approach; clearer, more confident, and better aligned with how you want to lead and grow your company.
Founders who work with me are willing to reflect not only on their business, but also on their role, habits, and decisions as a leader. That’s where meaningful and lasting change starts.
If you’re looking for quick answers or someone to “fix things for you”, I may not be the right fit.
If you want thoughtful challenge, structure, and a steady sparring partner while you do the work yourself, I’ll support you in that journey.
Start with why and so what, know your strengths and limits, and value the people around you.
